Bernice Pipa was one of the country’s top performing buyer’s agents. She is passionate about showing the world that buyer’s agents can have incredible businesses that are profitable, organized, and can support an amazing work-life balance.

Working with more than 100 buyers a year she still managed to travel, volunteer, coach and train other business owners, and be on her local Association of Realtors Board of Directors and in her firms Associate Leadership Council.
