With your subscription, you agree to the following terms & Conditions:
- Membership Status:
Membership accounts have a status of ACTIVE or INACTIVE.
Active membership is defined as maintaining on-time payments. Hero Nation reserves the right to terminate your membership after failure to pay within 14 days after your due date.
When you cancel your membership, your account becomes “inactive”. Once your account goes to inactive, you forfeit all benefits at the end of the paid period.
- Payments:
As consideration for the Products and Services purchased by you and provided to you by The Hero Nation or its affiliates, you agree to pay The Hero Nation at the time of your order, as well as on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel your account. (See Section 3 below for details regarding cancellation.) If you have questions about billing, it is your responsibility to email The Hero Nation to clarify any billing questions. If for any reason The Hero Nation is unable to charge your payment method for the full amount owed The Hero Nation for the Products or Services provided, or if The Hero Nation is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to your payment method, you understand that The Hero Nation may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment. If you pay by credit card and if for any reason The Hero Nation is unable to charge your credit card with the full amount of the services provided, or if The Hero Nation is charged back for any fee it previously charged to the credit card you provided, you understand that The Hero Nation may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment. You may change your payment method at any time by contacting The Hero Nation customer service by email.
You agree not to cancel this transaction with your bank or Credit Card Company, and that doing so may initiate collections and result in the submission of a negative report to Consumer Credit Reporting agencies. You understand that not logging into the software or the website does not void any part of the agreements. You understand that once your user name and password have been issued to you in any way The Hero Nation deems appropriate (email, over the phone through customer service, or voicemail, etc.) you are responsible to log-in to access the services that you have paid for. Not logging in does not constitute a default on the part of The Hero Nation and it will not result in a refund to you. It is your responsibility to open your welcome email and to log on with your username and passcode.
Memberships are billed as either:
Annual Plan/Annual Members: A one-time payment, on an annual basis, covering a full year of membership or
Bi-Annual Plan/Bi-Annual Members: A one-time payment, on a bi-annual basis, covering 6 months of membership or
Month-to-Month Plan/Monthly Members: on a monthly payment schedule, each month, in advance, for the next full month of membership.
- Cancellations and Changes:
Full refunds are allowed for new subscriptions activations only, if requested within 30 days of initial subscription purchase date.
Annual memberships are paid in full, in advance, and there are no refunds, except when requested within 30 days of initial subscription purchase date.
Monthly (billed month-to-month) members may cancel at least 5 business days prior to your next bill date to ensure you will not be billed for the coming month. To cancel your FUEL membership log into your Hero Nation account and follow the prompts on the Account page, or by sending us email request to [email protected] at least 5 business days prior to your next bill. There are no partial refunds for any changes made to your account between billing due dates.
You may re-activate your membership at any time at the most-current subscription rate.
There are no partial refunds in the event of system failures, however The Hero Nation will make its best effort to reschedule services..
